Earlier this week Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater joined us to tour the Widrick House, a city-owned historic 1790s farmhouse. Exterior restoration of the structure, funded by the city, included the replacement of gutters, recoating the metal roof, and a complete restoration of windows by The Durable Restoration Company. Julie Butler, Durable Restoration’s Preservation Director, led the tour.
