Director, Policy & Smart Growth
Reporting to the Vice President, this full-time position leads organizational policy and advocacy efforts, which includes direct lobbying efforts at the local, state, and federal levels as well as the Smart Growth Maryland program. Advocating for plans, legislation, programs, and policies that foster economically vibrant, socially equitable, and environmentally sustainable communities is the primary duty of the position. Director Policy and Smart Growth
Development Manager
The Development Manager reports to the Vice President and will manage organizational fundraising efforts with a focus on The Campaign for Historic Trades. This is a full-time professional position that requires a minimum of three years of experience. Candidates should have demonstrated practical experience in charitable non-profit fundraising and be adept at constituent relationship management systems. Experience working with Engage is preferred. The Campaign for Historic Trades Special Projects Associate
The Special Projects Associate will support team members and a host of special projects in The Campaign for Historic Trades (CHT) by assisting with project management, supporting grant administration, overseeing special events and assisting the program director with projects, scheduling, and travel arrangements. The Special Projects Associate will coordinate The Campaign’s programmatic work with Preservation Maryland, working in parallel with the broader organization and staff. This is a full-time exempt, one-year term position that requires prior professional experience. Demonstrated practical experience in project management or non-profit administration is preferred. Experience or interest in historic preservation, trades, or workforce development is a plus. Salary range is $45,000 – $52,000 commensurate with experience.
