Preservation Maryland is soliciting proposals from qualified historic preservation professionals for the completion of a Historic Structure Report and feasibility study for the adaptive reuse of Old South Mountain Inn, located at 6132 Old National Pike, Boonsboro, MD 21713.
To be considered as eligible, Respondents must meet one or more of the Professional Qualification Standards— or their equivalent—as set forth by the Secretary of the Interior’s (SOI) Standards and Guidelines; and have demonstrated experience in historic preservation.
Preservation Maryland requests that interested parties respond to the solicitation by 4:30 P.M. ET on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025.
