Preservation Maryland is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for pre-construction and general contracting services for the adaptive reuse of the historic jail and site of Maryland’s future center for preservation, located at 1 Emory Street, Ellicott City, Maryland 21043.To be considered as eligible, Respondents must be legally licensed as applicable under pertinent laws in the State of Maryland and have demonstrated experience adhering to SOI Standards for Rehabilitation for projects of similar scale.
