Preservation Maryland is soliciting lump sum quotes from qualified firms not to exceed $40,000 for consulting services to complete a two-phase project, to include a rapid mobile field survey of pilot downtown districts, technical assistance, data interpretation, visualization, and graphic design services.
Preservation Maryland requests that interested parties respond to the solicitation on or before Jan 30, 2026. All submittals must be provided as a single PDF attached with “Mapping Main Streets RFP” in the subject line to an email delivered to bpaxton@presmd.org.
