Join Preservation Maryland and the Anne Arundel County Public Library for Planting the Rainbow Flag, Preserving LGBTQ history in Maryland. During this in-person presentation, Christiana Limniatis, Preservation Maryland’s Program & Outreach Manager, will talk about the advocacy effort that led to the development of Maryland’s first-ever LGBTQ Historic Context Study, discuss the milestones and lasting contributions of Maryland’s LGBTQ community, and highlight some of the historic places associated with this diverse and significant shared history.
