A community meeting on the historic Ellicott City Jail will take place March 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Oella Room of the Roger Carter Community Center to present on plans for reuse of the site and building.
While attendance is free and open to all, space in the Oella Room is limited to 100 participants. We strongly encourage those interested in attending to register in advance to help us plan accordingly, though registration is not required.
