Window into the Classroom

Join Patapsco Heritage Greenway and Preservation Maryland for a lecture on how architecture intersects with Maryland’s education history, Window into the Classroom. During this in-person presentation, Christiana Limniatis, Preservation Maryland’s Program & Outreach Manager, will talk about the advocacy effort that led to the development of Maryland’s first-ever historic context study detailing Maryland’s education history and architecture, discuss the evolution of public schools over time, and highlight some of the historic places associated with this rich heritage of educational architecture.
